Wally Weasel Fools Snuggle Bunny

     Wally Weasel's party was only one day away.  All the forest animals were invited. 

That is, all the forest animals but Snuggle Bunny.  

     Hootie Owl was going.  Charlie Chipmunk and Tommy Turtle were going.  Even Sally

Skunk was going.  Parties were always a fun time and Wally Weasel seemed to have the

best parties of all.  Yes, all the forest animals were excited.  That is, all the forest

animals but Snuggle Bunny.  And Snuggle Bunny was mad.  Hopping mad, he was. 

     "It's not fair," whined Snuggle Bunny, stomping his foot and twitching his fluffy little

tail.  "Everybody gets asked to Wally's party but me." 

     Snuggle Bunny's sniffling woke Tommy Turtle from his nap.  Tommy yawned, then

stretched his neck way, way out from inside his shell.  "Can you please keep the noise

down?  Some people are trying to get some rest before Wally's big party."  With that,

Tommy Turtle pulled back in his shell and fell asleep. 

     Oh, that hurt Snuggle Bunny deep down where not many forest animals had ever

reached.  Tommy Turtle's words echoed in the little bunny's ears ... "some people are
